Matilde Leitão, Head of Community and Operations at Nomadico

Matilde became a digital nomad 6 years ago while creating online communities and courses related to remote work. She has played a key role in promoting remote work in Portugal and founded Remote Portugal.

She went on to work as a Community Manager in Bulgaria and grew a digital nomad hub there. Eventually, she started growing a new digital nomad community in Madeira with Nomadico and became their Head of Community & Operations.
