1. Yellow
Coworking: best documented setup for calls

Yellow is the clearest choice on published facilities when calls are
the priority. Its coworking page lists soundproof Skype booths, YouTube
rooms and meeting rooms, along with international power sockets, air
purifiers and a shower. The venue describes a 1,500-square-metre
space.

Visitor hours are 9am to 6pm, while members receive 24/7 access. That
distinction matters: a day pass does not appear to mean round-the-clock
use.

Yellow’s official price PDF is dated May 2025. It lists a 429 THB
visitor day pass and a 5,990 THB monthly coworking plan; the weekly
figure on the sheet appears as 1,890 THB. Because the document is dated
and this guide was checked in September 2026, ask Yellow to confirm the
current price before relying on it.

Best fit: remote workers who need an explicitly
listed call booth or bookable room and are comfortable confirming
current rates.

2. Punspace:
best for two central location choices

Punspace operates at Wiang Kaew and Tha Phae Gate. The official site
lists Skype rooms, high-speed internet, ergonomic desks and chairs,
lockers, monitor access, printing, scanning and copying, a shower,
pantry, CCTV and air purifiers.

Wiang Kaew’s visitor hours are 9am to 6pm every day. Tha Phae Gate
lists visitor access Monday through Saturday from 9am to 6pm. Members
have 24/7 access at both locations, according to the site.

The choice between the two is mainly geographic. Wiang Kaew is
convenient for the north side of the Old City, while Tha Phae works well
for the eastern gate and Night Bazaar side. Check the exact map and
which amenities are available at your chosen branch.

We did not find a current public rate card on Punspace’s official
pages during this check, so we are not repeating prices from directories
as fact. Contact the venue through the Punspace official website for day,
week and monthly rates.

Best fit: someone who wants a proven coworking
layout, explicitly listed Skype rooms and a choice of two central
areas.

Alt_ChiangMai and Alt_PingRiver: best for community programming

Alt combines coliving and coworking and operates two Chiang Mai
locations: Alt_ChiangMai and Alt_PingRiver. Its official site showed
scheduled community events in September 2026, useful evidence that the
operation and programming are current rather than an abandoned directory
listing.

Published opening hours are 9am to 9pm on weekdays and 9am to 6pm on
weekends. The official site advertises visitor access at 320 THB for a
day, 1,600 THB for a week and 3,500 THB for 15 days. Confirm which
location those prices cover and whether access hours differ for
residents or longer-term members.

Alt is the strongest match here for people who want a social schedule
alongside work. It is not automatically the best call venue: ask the
chosen location whether a private call room is included, needs booking
or costs extra.

RealSpace: best published day option with a monitor

RealSpace’s official site advertises a 300 THB day pass including a
monitor and a 4,000 THB monthly hot-desk option. It also lists opening
hours of 9am to midnight every day.

Those details make it interesting for a short project that benefits
from a larger screen or for work that runs later than standard visitor
hours. They are venue claims, not independently tested conditions.
Confirm monitor availability in advance, especially if it is essential,
and ask specifically about private calls.

Check the latest details with RealSpace Chiang Mai. If the site or
booking channel is temporarily unavailable, do not travel on an old
directory listing alone.

Best fit: a visitor who needs a monitor for a day
and values later published hours.

Which Chiang
Mai coworking space should you choose?

For frequent video calls

Start with Yellow or Punspace because each explicitly lists
purpose-built call facilities. Ask whether booths are included,
time-limited or reservable. A booth’s existence does not guarantee
availability during your meeting.

For one or two trial days

Alt and RealSpace publish straightforward day rates on their official
sites. Yellow also has a visitor day-pass figure, but its linked sheet
is dated May 2025. Punspace requires a direct current-price check.

For evenings

RealSpace publishes the latest daily closing time in this group,
midnight. Alt lists 9pm on weekdays. Yellow and Punspace separate
daytime visitor hours from 24/7 member access, so check the membership
tier if you work across US time zones.

For the Old City

Punspace offers the most obvious choice, with Wiang Kaew and Tha Phae
Gate locations. Still map the actual commute: crossing central Chiang
Mai at rush hour can take longer than the distance suggests.

For community

Alt publishes a visible events schedule and integrates coliving with
coworking. That can reduce the effort of meeting people after arrival.
People who prefer a more office-like environment may favor Yellow or
Punspace.
