Aligning everybody’s schedule for a live workout session is difficult. Let alone for all 3 weekly workouts that are necessary for actual health improvements.

Instead, we are introducing async group workouts. We are in this together, just not necessarily at the same time.

I prepared a week’s worth of workouts and active recovery sessions that I will show and explain. The workouts are doable everywhere and with no equipment. They are designed to help with the three biggest fitness issues most nomads have: bad posture, low energy, and too much body fat.

The training is suitable for all fitness levels above a 3/10. And if you feel you are below that, show up anyway and we can discuss exercise variations and a different structure in the 30-40min Q&A.

The hope is to see this grow into a small community of nomads that follow the same training plan, encourage and support each other in the group and meet once a week to connect and get feedback from a coach.

About Bansko Nomad Fest
Over the last 6 years Bansko has grown into a major digital nomad hub in Europe. Coworking Bansko is the epicenter of the community here and has about 125-175 members throughout the year. A lot of nomads turned into Bansko residents and many of our members are coming back to Bansko after exploring the world. Bansko Nomad Fest compresses our magic into one week where we showcase everything Bansko has to offer and share this experience with hundreds of new friends. Last year we were sold out at 550 people, and this year we increased our capacity to 750 nomads.
