Hello!
My name is Trevor. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor from America currently living in Istanbul, Turkey.
I specialize in working with expats and digital nomads on a variety of issues. These include low self-esteem, doubt, anxiety, loneliness, and a variety of relationship problems.
Many of my clients come to me after having tried other therapeutic approaches. They seem to appreciate my warm but direct style of relating. The Buddhist view offers my clients radically new perspectives on their lifelong dramas that many people benefit from. My approach to couples therapy is respectful and kind, but I don’t shy away from quickly challenging dysfunctional dynamics.
