| Position Title | I’m an empathic and passionate leader with experience in sales, marketing, communications, business development and customer success. A Puerto Rican from New York City who has worked in start-ups, VC-led firms, large corporations (e.g., Procter & Gamble) and consulting organizations. I joined the United States Army as an enlisted infantry soldier and rose through the ranks in the fields of infantry, artillery, public affairs and teaching at the United States Army Command & General Staff College, from which I retired as a lieutenant colonel. Also have 16 years of service as a trustee, and Chair of the Board of Trustees, of a Montessori school. My native tongue is Spanish, I am fluent in English, have basic German speaking skills and am learning Portugese. My wife Christiane (a German citizen) and I have decided to move to Portugal and so I am eagerly exploring all options both with companies based in Portugal as well as those offering remote/hybrid work as we prepare for our move. |
