Planning, coordinating and reporting on Inventory counts in the hospital and its 40 outreaches within East Africa. o Daily reconciliation of the Iscala (reporting system) and CARE 2000 (transactional system) interface for the inventory GL accounts. o Consistent reviewing the Inventory Internal Control systems to minimize obsolesce, damages, expiries and safeguard against Inventory loss. o Facilitate and prepare inventory audit schedule for both Internal and External auditors. o Formulation and monitor implementation of procedures and Inventory policies. o Ensuring that all Inventory cost is captured correctly into the Cost of Sales Ledger.
