I am happy to invite you to a community project that is going to get you in shape, wherever you are.
Aligning everybody's schedule for a live workout session is difficult. Let alone for all 3 weekly workouts that are necessary for actual health improvements.
Instead, we are introducing async group workouts. We are in this together, just not necessarily at the same time.

for the 1-hour community coaching call.
I prepared a week's worth of workouts and active recovery sessions that I will show and explain. The workouts are doable everywhere and with no equipment. They are designed to help with the three biggest fitness issues most nomads have: bad posture, low energy, and too much body fat.
The training is suitable for all fitness levels above a 3/10. And if you feel you are below that, show up anyway and we can discuss exercise variations and a different structure in the 30-40min Q&A.
The hope is to see this grow into a small community of nomads that follow the same training plan, encourage and support each other in the group and meet once a week to connect and get feedback from a coach.
