Come join an outdoor Yoga class at Ohori Park with Sabrina!All levels are most welcome! Get ready to move and groove, breathe deep, and enjoy a yoga class this autumn season!This 60-mins Ahimsa Yoga class, will include a focus on breathing in sync with body movements into yoga poses, awareness of core body energy centres, and also building strength, improving flexibility and practicing balance. Ahimsa is the Sanskrit word for "non-harming" or "non-violence".
